For your convenience, we have collected the most relevant questions and answers about MRPL City Festival 2021

GENERAL INFORMATION

1. Location: Mariupol, Pishchanka beach.

2. You cannot enter the festival territory by your own transport. The nearest car park is located near the Epicenter shopping center.

3. Free festival buses will run from the TFD to the event area. We will publish the bus schedule closer to the date of the event.

4. Passing with animals to the festival is forbidden (in order not to create stress for your little friend, we advise you to leave him at home).

5. From 16:00 to 23:30 each festival day, tickets of all categories work on the system "one way ticket" - re-entry is possible from 23:30 to 15:30 the next day.

6. You cannot bring any drink or food to the festival.

7. There will be a food court on the territory of the festival. Payment: cash and card.

8. Wearing masks and keeping distance remains mandatory. In case of ill health, we encourage you to stay at home.

TICKETS

1. All tickets for MRPL City 2020 are valid for 2021 and do not need to be replaced with new ones.

2. All tickets are three days long, there will be no one-day tickets on sale.

3. The number of tickets to the festival is limited due to quarantine regulations.

4. Return of tickets is possible only in case the event is canceled.

5. At the entrance of the festival you will need to present a ticket in electronic form (ipdf format) or a printed version (color or black/white).

6. At the first visit to the festival, your ticket is scanned. Instead, you will be wearing a control bracelet that cannot be removed, cut or damaged throughout the festival.

7. The "one way ticket" entrance system will work at the festival:
   From 16:00 to 23:30 every festival day the entrance is one-time. During this time, you can go in and out once - re-entry is possible from 23:30 to 15:30 the next day.

CHILDREN

1. Children under 15 (inclusive) are allowed to enter the event only accompanied by parents.

2. To enter the festival with a child, you must have a passport of one of the parents and a child's birth certificate (copy).

3. Admission is free for children under 12 (inclusive).

CAMPING

1. The holder of this ticket category has the right to stay in the tent camp MRPL City 2021.

2. A camping ticket is NOT valid without a festival ticket. To enter the festival, you must have a ticket.

3. One ticket – one place in the campsite (for one person). The ticket is valid for all days of the festival.

4. If you do not have your own equipment – you can rent it for the festival by following the link.

5. There will be toilets, showers and drinking water on the campsite.

6. There are no storage rooms on the campsite.

SCHEDULE FOR THE FESTIVAL

1. The main stages of the festival will be open from 16:00 to 23:30 (all days of the festival), the night stages will be open from 23:30 to 06:00.

2. We will publish the schedule of artists' performances closer to the date of the festival.

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CATEGORIES FAN, VIP STANDING, VIP TABLE

FAN

• FAN-ticket – valid for the entire period of the festival. Gives the right to enter and move throughout the event (Except VIP and technical areas).

VIP Standing

• Separate entrance to the festival;

• Separate bar;

• Ability to visit a separate VIP Standing area in front of the main stages. The zones are located on a rise, so they can better see everything that happens on stage;

• Possibility of free movement throughout the festival (except VIP Table and technical areas).

VIP Table

• Separate entrance to the festival;

• Separate bar with service;

• A table for four people in front of the main stage, assigned to you for the entire duration of the festival;

• Possibility of free movement throughout the festival (including VIP Standing and FAN-zone).

• Importantly! The VIP Table ticket includes 4 full tickets to the festival, you do not need to buy anything extra.
