For your convenience, we have collected the most relevant questions and answers about ZOUND Festival 2021

GENERAL INFORMATION

1. Location: Zaporizhzhia, Khortytsia.

2. You cannot enter the festival territory by your own transport. 

3. During the festival, free buses will run from the central parts of the city, which will take visitors to the entrance to the festival.

4. Passing with animals to the festival is forbidden (in order not to create stress for your little friend, we advise you to leave him at home).
   From 16:00 to 23:30 each festival day, tickets of all categories work on the system "one way ticket" - re-entry is possible from 23:30 to 15:30 the next day.

5. You cannot bring any drink or food to the festival.

6. There will be a food court on the territory of the festival. Payment: cash and card.

7. Wearing masks and keeping distance remains mandatory. In case of ill health, we encourage you to stay at home.

TICKETS

1. You can buy tickets only at fishcanfly.org and concert.ua.

2. Price for both days of the festival. There are no day tickets on sale.

3. Return of tickets is possible only in case the event is canceled.

4. At the entrance of the festival you will need to present a ticket in electronic form (ipdf format) or a printed version (color or black/white).

5. At the first visit to the festival, your ticket is scanned. Instead, you will be wearing a control bracelet that cannot be removed, cut or damaged throughout the festival.

6. The "one way ticket" entrance system will work at the festival:
   From 16:00 to 23:30 every festival day the entrance is one-time. During this time, you can go in and out once - re-entry is possible from 23:30 to 15:30 the next day.

CAMPING

1. Camping is not provided for the festival.Therefore, we advise you to book your accommodation in the city in advance.

2. You can place your tent outside the festival, but in this case the organizers will not be responsible for your belongings.

CHILDREN

1. Children under 15 (inclusive) are allowed to enter the event only accompanied by parents.

2. To enter the festival with a child, you must have a passport of one of the parents and a child's birth certificate (copy).

3. Admission is free for children under 12 (inclusive).

SCHEDULE FOR THE FESTIVAL

1. The main stage of the festival will be open from 16:00 to 23:30 (all days of the festival), the night stage will be open from 23:30 to 06:00.

2. We will publish the schedule of artists' performances closer to the date of the festival.

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CATEGORIES FAN, VIP STANDING

FAN

• FAN-ticket – valid for the entire period of the festival. Gives the right to enter and move throughout the event (Except VIP and technical areas).

VIP Standing

• Separate entrance to the festival;

• Separate bar;

• Ability to visit a separate VIP Standing area in front of the main stages. The zones are located on a rise, so they can better see everything that happens on stage;

• Possibility of free movement throughout the festival.
